Tornado Cleaners provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.



2. Scheduling and Cancellations


Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through other approved methods.


  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion.



3. Pricing and Payment


Prices are based on the size of the property, requested services, and other relevant factors.


  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.



4. Customer Responsibilities


Customers agree to:


  • Provide safe access to the property.
  • Secure pets or notify us of any animals on-site.
  • Inform us of fragile, valuable, or special-care items.
  • Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available during service.


We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that are improperly secured.



5. Limitation of Liability


While we take reasonable care in providing our services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


We are not liable for:


  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control
  • Pre-existing damage to property
  • Damage resulting from unsafe conditions or undisclosed hazards

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

7. SMS/Text Messaging


By opting into our SMS messaging service, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services. You agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:


  • Data Collection - We will collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. This information will be gathered through various methods including but not limited to our "Contact Us" form or via our quote form.
  • Data Usage - We use your data solely for informational, marketing/promotional text messages. 


Informational messages – customer support messages, responses to your inquiries, scheduling discussions, and other two-way communications related to your services.

Marketing/promotional messages – promotional offers, special discounts, seasonal promotions, and announcements about new cleaning services.


  • Data Security - We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Data Retention - We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Message and Data Rates may apply - Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring and message frequency varies based on communication needs.
  • Contact - You can contact Tornado Cleaners at (864) 778-2152 or contact@tornadocleaners.com for HELP or to STOP or CANCEL receiving messages.
  • Opt-Out - You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to contact@tornadocleaners.com or (864) 778-2152. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.  You can opt-in again at any time. You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email address, and website. We are here to help you.
  • Non-Sharing Clauses - Tornado Cleaners does not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Tornado Cleaners does not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers or mobile opt-in information with anyone.


8. Privacy


Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


We collect and use personal information only as necessary to:


  • Provide cleaning services
  • Process payments
  • Communicate regarding appointments
  • Send SMS messages you have agreed to receive
